ศูนย์สื่อสารองค์กรและนักศึกษาเก่าสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กิจกรรม LIVE Facebook: CMU Safety Talk “รู้ไว้ ปลอดภัยกว่า” ในหัวข้อ “Run Hide Fight : แนวทางเอาตัวรอด เมื่อเผชิญเหตุกราดยิง” โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศิรามาศ โกมลจินดา ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธานเปิด เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ และทักษะ ตลอดจนแนวทางปฏิบัติตนตามหลักสากล ให้แก่บุคลากรและนักศึกษา เพื่อความอยู่รอดเมื่อเผชิญกับเหตุกราดยิงหรือบุคคลที่คลุ้มคลั่ง (Active Shooter) ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายทั่วโลก ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 3 อาคาร 50 ปี รัฐศาสตร์ฯ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ วันพุธที่ 9 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2569

CMU Safety Talk Promotes Run–Hide–Fight Guidelines for Responding to Active Shooter Incidents
The Corporate Communications and Alumni Relations Center (CCARC), Chiang Mai University (CMU), organized a Facebook LIVE session of “CMU Safety Talk: Know More, Stay Safer” on the topic “Run–Hide–Fight: Survival Guidelines in an Active Shooter Incident” on Wednesday, 9 September 2026. The event was held at the Main Conference Room, 3rd Floor, 50th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.
The opening session was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Siramas Komonchinda, Assistant to the President of Chiang Mai University. The session aimed to provide faculty, staff, and students with knowledge, understanding, practical skills, and internationally recognized guidelines for responding to situations involving an active shooter or a violent and uncontrollable individual.
The session focused on the Run–Hide–Fight approach, an internationally recognized framework for responding to an active shooter situation. Participants were introduced to appropriate actions and decision-making principles to help increase their chances of survival when confronted with a life-threatening incident.
The initiative reflects Chiang Mai University’s commitment to promoting safety awareness and preparedness among its students and personnel, enabling them to respond appropriately and effectively in emergency situations.

チェンマイ大学「CMU Safety Talk」を開催 ― Active Shooter事案に備える「Run–Hide–Fight」の対応方法を解説
チェンマイ大学（Chiang Mai University: CMU）の**Corporate Communications and Alumni Relations Center（CCARC）**は、2026年9月9日（水）、Facebook LIVE企画 **「CMU Safety Talk: Know More, Stay Safer」を開催し、「Run–Hide–Fight: Active Shooter事案に遭遇した際の生存・避難行動」**をテーマに、危機的状況における適切な対応について解説しました。本イベントは、チェンマイ大学政治学・行政学部の50周年記念棟3階大会議室で開催されました。
開会にあたり、チェンマイ大学のAsst. Prof. Dr. Siramas Komonchinda Assistant to the Presidentが挨拶を行いました。本イベントは、教職員および学生を対象として、**Active Shooter（銃器等を用いて無差別に人を攻撃する者）**や暴力的で制御不能な人物による緊急事態に遭遇した際に必要となる知識、理解、実践的なスキル、そして国際的に認められている対応方法を身につけることを目的として実施されました。
プログラムでは、Active Shooter事案への対応において国際的に広く知られている**「Run–Hide–Fight」**の考え方を中心に、緊急時に状況を判断し、自らの安全を確保するための基本的な行動について説明しました。参加者が生命に関わる危険な状況に直面した際、適切かつ迅速に行動できるよう、実践的な知識と対応の考え方を共有しました。
今回の取り組みは、チェンマイ大学が学生および教職員の安全意識と危機対応能力を高め、緊急事態において適切かつ効果的に行動できる環境づくりを推進するものです。
