- Chiang Mai University organizes education that emphasizes the development of necessary skills, including reskilling, upskilling, and new skill development to meet the needs of the country and global society.
- Chiang Mai University supports the development of curricula, teaching methods, and evaluation systems that are flexible and diverse, including the creation of ecosystems and information technology systems to promote lifelong learning, and encourages collaboration with network partners to respond to the needs of all learner groups.
- Lifelong education at Chiang Mai University operates under the Sustainable Development Goal for Quality Education (SDG 4: Quality Education) and aligns with the Chiang Mai University Education Development Plan Phase 13, focusing on Holistic and Inclusive Education.
