The UNESCO Chair at Korea National University of Heritage (KNUH) is pleased to announce the 2026 Research Grant Call for Proposals.
This grant supports innovative and interdisciplinary research in Cultural Heritage and International Heritage Studies, while strengthening the global academic network of the UNESCO Chair Programme.
Objectives
① To encourage research on the preservation and restoration of cultural heritage
② To discover and support young researchers who have the background and interest in the field of cultural heritage
③ Support for research on the sustainable preservation, restoration, management, and tourism valorization of cultural heritage
④ To provide opportunities for young researchers to communicate and share their knowledge and methodologies regarding the preservation and restoration of cultural heritage
