ช่วงเช้า รศ.ดร. วินิตา บุณโยดม รองอธิการบดี ได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดี ให้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดมหกรรม “IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026” จัดโดย กระทรวง อว. (กองทุน ววน. / สกสว.) ร่วมกับ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ (กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา) เพื่อเชื่อมต่องานวิจัยและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IP) สู่ภาคธุรกิจและการลงทุน ต่อยอดนวัตกรรมไทยให้กลายเป็น “สินทรัพย์สร้างมูลค่า” ผ่านกลไก Business Matching โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศ.ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัญมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง อว. เป็นประธานเปิดงาน

เวทีดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 27–29 สิงหาคม 2569 เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศเชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IP) เข้ากับภาคธุรกิจและนักลงทุน ผ่านกิจกรรมจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) เปลี่ยนผลงานทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาจากการคุ้มครองสิทธิ์ ให้กลายเป็น “สินทรัพย์สร้างมูลค่า” เปรียบเสมือนโฉนดที่ดินยุคใหม่ที่ช่วยสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศ ในการนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ได้ร่วมนำผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเข้าร่วมจัดแสดง จำนวน 4 ผลงาน ได้แก่

1. มาสคาร่าปิดผมขาวสารสกัดธรรมชาติ

2. กรรมวิธีการประดิษฐ์วัสดุนาโนไฮดรอกซีอะพาไทต์ด้วยกระบวนการเปอร์ออกไซด์

3. ผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อหมูบดปรุงรสจากโปรตีนพืชแบบลดโซเดียมและไขมัน

4. สูตรการผลิตเส้นพาสต้าจากแป้งเมล็ดขนุน

ช่วงบ่าย ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมชี้แจงเป้าหมายการสนับสนุนงบประมาณ ววน. และแนวทางการจัดทำคำของบประมาณ ประจำปี 2571 จัดโดย สกสว. เพื่อทำความเข้าใจทิศทางการขอรับทุนสนับสนุน ทั้ง Fundamental Fund (FF) และทุนพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (ST) มุ่งสร้าง “ห่วงโซ่คุณค่างานวิจัยที่ไร้รอยต่อ” ผลักดันผลงานวิจัยไปสู่การใช้ประโยชน์จริงเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมี ศ.เกียรติคุณ ดร. นพ.สิริฤกษ์ ทรงศิวิไล ประธานกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (กสว.) เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุม พร้อมด้วย ศ. ดร.สมปอง คล้ายหนองสรวง ผู้อำนวยการ สกสว. และผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานในระบบ ววน. ทั่วประเทศกว่า 800 คน

การเข้าร่วมงานทั้งสองช่วงสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ งานวิจัย และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของมหาวิทยาลัย ให้สอดรับกับนโยบายและทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ พร้อมผลักดันนวัตกรรมจากงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

Chiang Mai University Advances Research Commercialization at “IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026” and Engages in National STI Funding Direction

Chiang Mai University (CMU), led by Associate Professor Dr. Winita Boonyodom, Vice President, together with Professor Dr. Apinaphat Rujivat, Director of the Office of Research Administration, Associate Professor Dr. Kiattikhun Manokruang, Deputy Director, and staff members, participated in the “IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026” event and a national briefing on the direction of Science, Research and Innovation (STI) funding at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani on 27 August 2026.

In the morning session, Associate Professor Dr. Winita Boonyodom, representing the President of Chiang Mai University, attended the opening ceremony of “IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026.” The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), through the Science, Research and Innovation Fund and the Office of the National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO), together with the Ministry of Commerce, through the Department of Intellectual Property.

The event aims to establish stronger connections between research, intellectual property (IP), businesses, and investors. Through Business Matching activities, research outputs and intellectual property are positioned as value-generating assets, creating opportunities for commercialization, investment, and enhanced national competitiveness. The event was held from 27–29 August 2026.

Chiang Mai University participated in the exhibition by showcasing four research and innovation projects:

1. Natural Extract-Based Mascara for Covering Gray Hair
2. Process for Producing Hydroxyapatite Nanomaterials Using a Peroxide Process
3. Reduced-Sodium and Reduced-Fat Seasoned Ground Pork Product from Plant-Based Protein
4. Production Formula for Pasta Made from Jackfruit Seed Flour

In the afternoon, the CMU delegation attended a briefing on the objectives and guidelines for Science, Research and Innovation (STI) budget support and the preparation of budget proposals for fiscal year 2028, organized by the Office of the National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO).

The briefing provided guidance on funding opportunities under the Fundamental Fund (FF) and the Science and Technology Development Fund (ST), with an emphasis on building a seamless research value chain and accelerating research outcomes toward practical utilization for sustainable economic and social development.

The meeting was opened by Professor Emeritus Dr. Siriruk Songsiwilai, Chairman of the National Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Committee, together with Professor Dr. Sompong Klayklongsoong, Director of NXPO, and representatives from more than 800 organizations across Thailand’s Science, Research and Innovation system.

CMU’s participation in both sessions reflects the university’s commitment to integrating knowledge, research, and intellectual property with national development policies and priorities, while advancing research-based innovations toward sustainable commercial and societal applications.

チェンマイ大学、「IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026」に参加し、研究成果の事業化を推進 ― 科学・研究・イノベーション政策の方向性についても意見交換

チェンマイ大学（Chiang Mai University: CMU）は、ウィニタ・ブンヨードム准教授（Associate Professor Dr. Winita Boonyodom、副学長）をはじめ、アピナパット・ルチワット教授（Professor Dr. Apinaphat Rujivat、Office of Research Administration所長）、キアッティクン・マノクルアン准教授（Associate Professor Dr. Kiattikhun Manokruang、副所長）および関係職員が、2026年8月27日、バンコクのIMPACT Muang Thong Thaniで開催された「IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026」および科学・研究・イノベーション（Science, Research and Innovation: STI）予算に関する説明会に参加しました。

午前の部では、チェンマイ大学学長の代理としてウィニタ・ブンヨードム准教授が、「IP x Venture Rise Thailand 2026」の開会式に出席しました。

本イベントは、高等教育・科学・研究・イノベーション省（Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation: MHESI）のScience, Research and Innovation FundおよびOffice of the National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council（NXPO）と、商務省（Ministry of Commerce）のDepartment of Intellectual Propertyが共同で開催したものです。

同イベントでは、研究成果および知的財産（Intellectual Property: IP）を企業や投資家と結び付けるエコシステムの構築を目指し、Business Matchingなどを通じて、研究成果や知的財産を「価値を生み出す資産」として事業化・投資につなげる取り組みが行われました。これにより、タイのイノベーションの事業化を促進し、国の競争力向上につなげることを目指しています。

同イベントは2026年8月27日から29日まで開催され、チェンマイ大学からは以下の4件の研究・イノベーション成果を展示しました。

午後の部では、チェンマイ大学の代表団が、Office of the National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council（NXPO）が主催する、科学・研究・イノベーション（STI）予算支援の目標および2028年度予算要求の作成方針に関する説明会に参加しました。

説明会では、**Fundamental Fund（FF）およびScience and Technology Development Fund（ST）**による研究資金支援の方向性について説明が行われました。特に、研究成果を基礎研究から実用化まで途切れなくつなぐ「シームレスな研究バリューチェーン」の構築を通じて、研究成果の社会実装を促進し、持続可能な経済・社会の発展につなげることが強調されました。

説明会の開会にあたり、National Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Committeeのシリルート・ソンシウィライ名誉教授（Professor Emeritus Dr. Siriruk Songsiwilai）が挨拶を行い、Sompong Klayklongsoong教授（Professor Dr. Sompong Klayklongsoong、NXPO所長）およびタイ全国のSTIシステム関係機関から800名を超える代表者が参加しました。

今回、両イベントに参加したことは、チェンマイ大学が大学の知識、研究成果および知的財産を国の政策・開発方針と結び付け、研究から生まれたイノベーションを持続可能な形で社会および産業の実用化へとつなげていくという大学の取り組みを示すものです。
