เมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วินิตา บุณโยดม รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สัญจร) ที่ประชุมอธิการบดีแห่งประเทศไทย (ทปอ.) ครั้งที่ 4/2569 ณ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (KMITL) ดำเนินงานโดยสำนักบริหารงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมพระจอมเกล้าลาดกระบัง (KRIS)

การประชุมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อกระชับความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยสมาชิก ทปอ. ทั่วประเทศ มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและบทเรียนในการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย ตลอดจนแสวงหาโอกาสความร่วมมือในการผลักดันงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปสู่การใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมฤกษ์ จันทรอัมพร ประธานคณะกรรมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ทปอ. เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารด้านการวิจัยจากสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก พลโท คม วิริยเวชกุล เจ้ากรมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีกลาโหม พร้อมคณะ เข้าร่วมการประชุม พร้อมทั้งรับฟังการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “University–Defense Research Collaboration: จากงานวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์ด้านความมั่นคง” โดย พลตรี เกียรติพงษ์ เศลารมย์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักนโยบายวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีกลาโหม (ผอ.สนป.วท.กห.) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ราชการในตำแหน่ง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารทุนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีกลาโหม (ผอ.สบท.วท.กห.) อีกหน้าที่หนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นการเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการนำองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมจากมหาวิทยาลัยไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของประเทศ

ในช่วงบ่าย คณะกรรมการฯ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมการจัดแสดงผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของสถาบัน ในงานลาดกระบังนิทรรศน์ ณ หอประชุมสุรวงศ์ไวยวัฒน์ ก่อนเดินทางโดยเรือไฟฟ้าจากท่าเรือพระจอมเกล้าสู่ชุมชนตลาดเก่าหัวตะเข้ เพื่อร่วมพบปะและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นอย่างเป็นกันเองร่วมกับ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คมสัน มาลีสี อธิการบดีสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง

การมีส่วนร่วมในเวทีครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ในการขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรทางวิชาการและการวิจัยร่วมกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่สร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และความก้าวหน้าของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

Chiang Mai University Joins TCHE Research and Innovation Committee Meeting to Strengthen National Research and Innovation Networks

On 4 September 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winita Boonyodom, Vice President of Chiang Mai University (CMU), participated in the 4th/2026 Mobile Meeting of the Research and Innovation Committee of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT), held at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). The meeting was hosted by the KMITL Research and Innovation Services (KRIS).

The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration among CUPT member universities nationwide, with a focus on exchanging perspectives and experiences in research management and exploring opportunities for joint efforts to translate research and innovation into tangible applications. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Somroek Chantra-amporn, Chair of the CUPT Research and Innovation Committee, and attended by research executives and representatives from universities across Thailand.

The meeting also welcomed Lt. Gen. Khom Wiriyavechkul, Director-General of the Defence Science and Technology Department, Ministry of Defence, and his delegation. Participants attended a special lecture entitled “University–Defense Research Collaboration: From University Research to National Security Applications,” delivered by Maj. Gen. Kiatthiphong Selarom, Director of the Defence Science and Technology Policy Office, Defence Science and Technology Department, and concurrently serving as Director of the Defence Science and Technology Fund Administration Office. The session provided new perspectives on applying knowledge, technologies, and innovations developed by universities to strengthen national security.

In the afternoon, the committee visited an exhibition of research and innovation projects presented at the Ladkrabang Exhibition, held at the Surawong Waiwat Auditorium. The delegation then traveled by electric boat from the Phra Chom Klao Pier to the historic Hua Takhe Old Market community, where they joined an informal exchange of views with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komson Maleesee, President of KMITL.

CMU’s participation in this national-level forum represents another important step in expanding its academic and research partnerships with leading higher education institutions and government agencies. Through stronger collaboration and knowledge exchange, CMU continues to contribute to the development of research and innovation with positive impacts on the economy, society, and the country’s sustainable advancement.

チェンマイ大学、CUPT研究・イノベーション委員会会議に参加 ― 国内の研究・イノベーションネットワークの強化を推進

2026年9月4日、チェンマイ大学（Chiang Mai University: CMU）のAssoc. Prof. Dr. Winita Boonyodom副学長は、タイ大学学長会議（Council of University Presidents of Thailand: CUPT）の研究・イノベーション委員会第4回（2026年度）出張会議に参加しました。本会議は、**キングモンクット工科大学ラートクラバン校（King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang: KMITL）**において開催され、KMITL Research and Innovation Services（KRIS）が運営を担当しました。

本会議は、CUPT加盟大学間の連携をさらに強化することを目的として開催され、研究マネジメントに関する知見や経験を共有するとともに、大学の研究成果やイノベーションを具体的な社会実装につなげるための協力機会について意見交換を行いました。会議では、CUPT研究・イノベーション委員会委員長のProf. Dr. Somroek Chantra-ampornが議長を務め、タイ国内の各大学から研究担当の経営・管理職が参加しました。

また、国防省防衛科学技術局のLt. Gen. Khom Wiriyavechkul局長および関係者も参加し、「University–Defense Research Collaboration: From University Research to National Security Applications」と題した特別講演が行われました。講演は、国防科学技術局防衛科学技術政策室長を務め、併せて同局防衛科学技術基金管理室長を務めるMaj. Gen. Kiatthiphong Selarom氏が担当しました。講演では、大学で創出された知識、技術、イノベーションを国の安全保障分野へ応用する可能性について、新たな視点が示されました。

午後には、委員会一行がSurawong Waiwat Auditoriumで開催されたLadkrabang Exhibitionを訪問し、KMITLの研究・イノベーション成果を視察しました。その後、Phra Chom Klao Pierから電気ボートに乗り、歴史あるHua Takhe Old Market Communityへ移動し、KMITL学長のAssoc. Prof. Dr. Komson Maleeseeと、より率直で和やかな雰囲気の中で意見交換を行いました。

今回の会議への参加は、チェンマイ大学が国内の主要高等教育機関および政府機関との学術・研究ネットワークをさらに拡大する重要な機会となりました。今後も、大学間および産官学の連携を強化し、研究・イノベーションの社会実装を推進することで、経済、社会、そして国の持続可能な発展に貢献していきます。
